The grandmaster of home-grown heirloom tomatoes, Phil Wingard's passion for incredible heritage varieties is evident in the fruit he produces. Phil's tomatoes are a joy for us to work with and are on of the highlights of our year.
Ben Salley, a citrus savant, runs an incredible local farm specializing in many different varieties of citrus.
Split Creek Farm’s Anderson, SC goat dairy provides goat cheese used in several Terra dishes year round.
Agnew Hopkins raises lovely heritage ducks and other poultry and provides us with the duck eggs we incorporate into our dishes throughout the year.
